Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns and issue a full refund.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged products will not qualify for a refund.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, provide a detailed reason and supporting photos or videos of the product. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.
Shipping Your Return
Please use a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method and send a confirmation email.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued immediately after approval. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first, as processing times vary. Contact your credit card company or bank if necessary, as refunds can take up to 30 days to appear. If problems persist, let us know.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
Incorrect Address
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll try to assist, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Canceling Orders
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Cancellations before processing or shipping are subject to a 15% fee to cover restocking and transaction costs.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
