All orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders within the United States, we offer free express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Orders
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs or product prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Damages or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required as evidence for your claim.
Return Policy
We aim to provide you with the best quality and value. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and offer a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Used items or items damaged by the customer will not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by email. Include a detailed reason for the return and attach photos or videos of the product to support your request. Once approved, you will receive the RA# and instructions on where to send the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method. A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address used during the purchase.
